While attending the University of Cincinnati, Mike began designing kitchens for Countertops & Cabinetry by Design. Once an installer himself, Mike can see a project from the end back to beginning, making sure to account for every detail in between. Mike's designs have been published in several magazines including, Housetrends, Home Improvement and Inspire.

Krista Vanselow - Showroom Manager / Designer / Sales

After spending many years providing customer service and managing an office for a major telecommunications company, in 2004, Krista decided to transition to a more creative job with a family-owned company. Krista works diligently to familiarize herself with all of the products available to be able to effectively translate all of your pictures and ideas into reality while ensuring you make the most of your space with your budget in mind.

Tyler Swartmiller - Designer / Sales

Tyler graduated with an associate of Interior Design from Al-OH, Leading his class. For the past 3 years, he has been interning under some of the best designers in the city. Following this path, he found kitchens and bath design where he has since found his niche in the design world. His attention to detail and level of creativity help create beautiful and functional designs.

Pegatha Eddingfield - Showroom Manager / Designer / Sales

Pegatha has over 12 years of experience in the home improvement industry and a very good eye for color, helping her pull the complete project together: cabinets, countertops, flooring and walls. With her level of expertise and knowledge of functional design, she can create a kitchen to fit every customer's needs.

Mark Giles - Designer / Sales

With over 20 years of cooking experience, Mark went from working in a kitchen to helping people with their own kitchen plans and ideas. Whether its educating people about Granite and Quartz countertops or helping them design their dream kitchen, Mark can assist them through the entire process.

Amy Hines - Showroom Manager / Designer / Sales

Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Art with a concentration in Interior Design from the College of Mount St Joseph. While in school and after graduation her focal area was kitchen and bath design. She has 20 years of residential design work experience and rehab on residential properties.

Matt Hite - Showroom Manager / Designer / Sales

A tenured member of the production staff, Matt has seen it all! From fabrication, installation, and templating, to now designing kitchens, Matt is familiar with every aspect of the business. His experience will help deliver a functional space that you'll be proud to share with family and friends

Christopher Holtz - Designer / Sales / Webmaster / Event Chef

Growing up, Chris has been exposed to the world of kitchens and baths from a young age. Helping out when ever he could. During college, Chris found his passion for all things food and now has a degree in Culinary Arts. From utensils to organization, Chris knows exactly what everyone needs in their kitchen to make a gourmet meal form start to finish.
