CACBD PROCESS

DESIGN / QUOTE PROCESS

1.  Download, review and fill out the kitchen planner.  This is our customized organizer.  This documents wants/needs, appliance specs, and utility of spaces

2.  Visit one the convenient Countertops & Cabinetry by Design showrooms to browse products and services.

3.  Make an appointment with one of our designers and bring a dimensioned sketch of your space, along with the completed kitchen planner.

4.  Our designers will review styles, product options and relative pricing.  This will give our designers an insight into your needs and tastes to begin the designing process.

5.  One of our designers will draft a computer layout, taking your needs into consideration.  Our software will generate layouts, multiple views pricing.  CLICK HERE to view some examples.

6.  Review and revisions.  This part of the process is dependent on how quickly you want to get your project started.  We will work at YOUR pace!

7.  Once you are satisfied with your selections and associated costs, we will schedule our installation manager to meet you at your home to verify accuracy and fit in your space.  At this time, and special items will be discussed and resolved.

8.  The order is placed at the showroom.  All items are reviewed once again, approved and signed for.  All deposits are made.

9.  The material is ordered, received, and warehoused until the installation process begins.

 

   

 

 

INSTALLATION PROCESS

All template, production and installation is completed by the Countertops and Cabinetry by Design staff.

We do NOT use sub-contractors!

1.  Cabinets are installed according to approved layouts.  This process can take several days.

2.  Once cabinets have been installed, our templater arrives to conduct final measurements of the countertops.

3.  Our templater reviews countertop selections with you as one last check before production begins.

4.  The new countertops are fabricated in the shop, inspected and staged for installation.  Normal time frame is about 2 weeks.

5.  The countertops are installed.  All applicable labor items are completed, ie mounting sink and faucet, hooking up plumbing and cooktop.  Typical jobs are completed in one day.

6.  The installation crew will review care and cleaning instruction based upon your material.  Final quality inspection and cleaning is completed and final payment is collected.

7.  Your sales associate will call to follow up with you following your installation to answer any final questions and get any feedback you have to offer.

8.  Enjoy and show off your new space!  We want your business and we want your referral!
