Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Countertops & Cabinetry by Design, either of whom may terminate it at any time. Countertops & Cabinetry by Design may also terminate this Agreement and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Countertops & Cabinetry by Design's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
