This morning Brandon and James came out to install our new granite countertops. Wow -- they did such a super job. The installation was perfect. They answered all our questions, gave us some great tips on care and maintenance, and really went the extra mile to ensure our happiness with our purchase. From start to finish, your installation team of Matt & Scott did a very professional job with special attention to detail. Any minor field modifications were creatively addressed. At the end of the long day, the final backsplash (about 12 feet long) was 1/4" too long. Instead of pounding it into place or leaving it as it was, they took it back to the truck and removed the excess. This craftsmanship is rarely seen today. A quick note to let you know the countertops got installed today, and they look awesome. I wanted to thank you for all your help and advice throughout this process. I also wanted to let you know I was very pleased with the countertop installers (Kevin and Andrew). They were extremely polite and professional as they went about their work, and did a fantastic job with the installation. They took the time to make sure they were lining things up the way I wanted them, and paid careful attention to the details to make sure the job was done right. The also went above and beyond in taking the time to give me some good advice on the items I needed to finish up (i.e. plumbing, caulking, etc.).
